After a fresh coat of oil and placing the furniture back into its home it’s quite a view from this Cumaru bird nest deck. Having the black deck furniture and the new coat makes the grains and deep red of the Cumaru really stand out. Can’t help but appreciate the 45 degree offset boards across this deck.
Freshly oiled Purpleheart decking and retaining wall. With the landing wrapping around the pool and the retaining wall this job took us all weekend. The builder put an amazing level of attention to detail, hope that our finish does this deck justice.
Beautiful Ipe tongue and groove flooring after the oil is able to dry. This particular deck is housed inside a screened in porch to prevent the elements from damaging it overtime. Must thank the owner for allowing us to have the opportunity to finish such an admirable piece of craftsmanship.
